Our methods
We aim to train you in a way that works for you, towards goals that we set together with you. Our training is flexible, personalized and effective. This we achieve by taking the following steps.

Getting  acquainted
During an introductory interview, free of charge and commitment, we address your questions, wishes and goals. We indicate how we can be of service to you. Thus, you get an impression of the way we approach your Premium Personal Training.

Check-up
Using a questionnaire and a physical examination of some of your problem areas we analyze your fitness and your strengths and weaknesses. We indicate what could be improved and trained ideally. Together we set realistic goals. We aim for optimal harmonization of your movement-, nutritional and relaxation habits.

Personal Training
Our training is motivating and varied, has clear goals and takes place in a relaxed atmosphere. We use your fitness level and wishes to create a personalized program for you; you receive admonition, support and advice on the location of your choice: at home, outside, in nature, at your office or elsewhere.
We usually train our clients 1 - 3 times a week for 60 - 90 minutes. Other frequencies can always be discussed.
You don't need to bring anything, except the will to spend a nice hour training with your trainer. If you train on your own in addition, following our advice, you can even achiever higher levels of success and get there faster.

Adjusting your goals
We recheck your health and fitness regularly. In this way, we can constantly tailor your training to your needs.


Training hours
We usually train our clients  for 60 - 90 minutes, 1 - 3 times a week.
Other intervals can be discussed.
- Monday - Friday;  06:00 - 22:00hrs.
- Weekends on request

Languages
We offer training sessions in English, German, French or Dutch for your convenience.

Cost
Prices are calculated per hour depending on location, travel and expenses if they occur. 
On request, we can also offer (half) day prices.
